Data & Systems Manager

Overview

Seeking a highly organized professional to support operational excellence through systems management, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as a key resource in optimizing workflows, improving data visibility, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance business systems, reporting tools, and operational processes
Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements
Lead system enhancements, user adoption initiatives, and staff training
Coordinate projects and priorities across multiple departments
Maintain documentation, procedures, and operational standards
Support executive-level reporting, planning, and administrative initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations, systems administration, business analysis, or project coordination
Strong experience with business applications, reporting platforms, and collaboration tools
Proven ability to improve workflows and drive operational efficiencies
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting multi-site operations or distributed teams
Background in data management, reporting, or business process optimization
Experience working across multiple functional areas including operations, finance, administration, or customer-facing teams
