NOW HIRING: Office Manager/Executive Assistant
Glenwood Springs, CO | Full-Time | Leadership Support | Immediate Interviews

A growing and professional organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide high-level administrative support to company leadership while overseeing daily office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and helping a business operate efficiently.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can anticipate the needs of leadership while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Start Date: Immediate

What You'll Do

Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Draft, review, organize, and maintain contracts and important business documents
Coordinate with vendors, clients, title companies, and business partners
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Assist with invoices, expense tracking, and administrative accounting support
Develop and improve office procedures and organizational systems
Manage special projects and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Provide administrative support that keeps leadership and office operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or senior administrative experience preferred
Experience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and electronic document management is a plus
Professional demeanor with outstanding customer service skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
Experience in property management, HOA management, contract administration, legal support, or real estate is preferred but not required
