Flavour Fields is looking for a Customer Success and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Success, Sales Support, Customer Service, Account Management, or Inside Sales who enjoys working with customers while collaborating with multiple departments.

As our Customer Success and Sales Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while helping our Sales team continue to grow.

The Customer Success and Sales Coordinator Role

As our Customer Success and Sales Coordinator, your mission is simple:

Help our customers succeed.

At Flavour Fields, we believe our success is directly connected to the success of our customers. This role is focused on developing long term relationships, supporting our Sales team, coordinating customer accounts, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Unlike many sales positions, this is not a cold calling role.

We already have an established customer base of leading chefs, distributors, and foodservice professionals throughout the United States. Instead of searching for new customers every day, your focus will be on strengthening existing relationships, identifying opportunities to expand business, introducing customers to new products, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

Working closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, Inventory, and other departments, the Customer Success and Sales Coordinator helps ensure customers receive the right products, on time, while building trust and long term partnerships.

What You Will Do

As our Customer Success and Sales Coordinator, you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors.
Build and maintain strong long term customer relationships.
Support the Sales team with customer account management and daily sales coordination.
Process customer orders accurately while ensuring all customer requests are handled within the appropriate timeframe.
Coordinate product availability, inventory, shipping, and order status.
Partner with Sales Representatives to increase customer satisfaction and account growth.
Introduce customers to innovative new products and seasonal offerings.
Resolve customer questions professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order history.
Support customer visits, trade shows, and product launches.

What You Will Bring

Experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Management, Inside Sales, or Order Management.
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
Passion for helping customers succeed.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Customer focused mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Foodservice, agriculture, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus.
