What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Expected annual earnings between $55,000 and $100,000+, including a base rate of $20/hour plus commission potential averaging from $2,000 to $5,000+ monthly.

Advanced Technology and Tools: Experience unmatched efficiency with our advanced equipment. Employees use mobile tablets for seamless work anywhere in our shop, including the parking lot, thanks to improved Wi-Fi. Estimators can engage customers at their vehicles and instantly import photos into our management software, eliminating later uploads. Technicians update the vehicle's status as repairs progress, ensuring streamlined communication without needing estimator intervention.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Occasional Saturdays as needed to catch up your own work.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

At least 2 years of experience in auto body estimating within a collision center or body shop environment.
Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to putting the team and customers first.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective follow-up.
Proven ability to write accurate and thorough damage analysis estimates.
Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and a collaborative team spirit.
Valid California Driver’s License required; candidates must pass a background check and pass underwriting requirements from our insurance partners.
