What You’ll Be Doing

As a member of our experienced provider team, you will:
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins injections, dermal fillers, PDO threads, laser procedures, and other non-surgical aesthetic services.
Conduct detailed patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
Educate patients on procedures, skincare, and post-treatment care
Deliver safe, ethical, and results-driven patient care
Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation
Collaborate with leadership and peers to support continued practice growth and excellence

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, clinically skilled, and passionate about aesthetic medicine.

Active California RN, NP, or PA license
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (high-acuity or Emergency Medicine background preferred)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice
Proven proficiency with neurotoxins injections, dermal fillers, PDO threads, laser procedures, and other advanced aesthetic treatments
Familiarity with leading aesthetic brands, including Allergan, Galderma, and Merz
Strong consultation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to build patient trust, develop customized treatment plans, and consistently meet or exceed performance and sales goals through ethical consultations and exceptional patient care
Leadership or mentoring experience is highly valued

Competitive hourly compensation: $55.00–$80.00 per hour, depending on licensure and experience

General Business Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
Occasional Saturday availability
