Braman BMW, located in West Palm Beach, Florida has immediate openings for experienced New and Preowned Client Advisors to join their sales team of professionals! The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in highline automotive sales, have integrity, a positive attitude, a proven track record, and the desire to provide the highest level of customer service to our clients. Candidate must be able to establish long-term relationships with our customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Explain product performance, safety, and benefits to prospects.
Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Build strong rapport with customers.
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

Exceptional communication skills with customers in person, on the telephone and via email.
Minimum of 5 years’ of highline automobile sales experience with a proven track record.
Top performer in their current dealership and/or have BMW experience preferred
Must have a clean, valid drivers’ license
