Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental practice locations within our network. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, management, and business development skills, with a focus on driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead regional operations, implement process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve regional growth and operational objectives.
Lead, motivate, and supervise practice managers and staff across multiple locations to ensure high performance and excellent patient care.
Oversee profit and loss statements, budgeting, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
Drive business development initiatives to expand patient base and enhance community engagement.
Manage project timelines for new initiatives or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity.
Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and continuous improvement.
Follows the Employee life cycle protocols from recruiting, training and on
Manages staffing coverages between all locations

Requirements

Proven management experience within healthcare or dental practice settings with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial metrics.
Background in business development with success in expanding service offerings or patient base.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and sales strategies relevant to healthcare services. Join our team as a Regional Manager and lead our practices toward continued excellence while making a meaningful impact on the communities we serve!
