White Castle Roofing is looking for an experienced Single-Ply Roofing Foreman to lead commercial roofing crews and oversee projects from start to finish. If you have strong commercial roofing experience, take pride in quality workmanship, and know how to lead a crew while keeping safety a priority, we want to hear from you.
As a Foreman, you’ll be responsible for organizing daily work, supervising your crew, maintaining jobsite safety, communicating with management and customers, and making sure projects are completed efficiently and to White Castle Roofing’s standards.

What You’ll Do
As a Single-Ply Roofing Foreman, you will:
- Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on job sites
- Organize and coordinate daily work from project start to completion
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Install and repair commercial roofing systems
- Work with TPO, EPDM, and PVC roofing systems
- Perform roof maintenance and repairs as needed
- Read and accurately use a tape measure
- Cut and install roofing materials to the proper specifications
- Set up scaffolding, fall protection, and other required safety equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Monitor job progress and provide daily and weekly updates to the Superintendent
- Train and provide direction to crew members
- Identify and address safety concerns on the jobsite
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements
- Communicate effectively with White Castle Roofing management, employees, customers, property owners, and general contractors
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and other professionals on the jobsite
- Take direction from management and follow through on assigned responsibilities
- Help identify more efficient methods and solutions when appropriate
- Take ownership of the quality, productivity, and success of your crew

Job Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial roofing experience required
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, and PVC
- Experience with composition and flat-roof applications
- Previous experience supervising or leading roofing crews
- Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel and work out of town or out of state as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule
Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Start and end times may vary depending on project needs
- Out-of-town travel may be required
