Position Overview: We are seeking a warm, patient, and professional receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, polite, and kind, with the ability to speak Arabic or Chaldean in addition to English. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage appointment scheduling and client inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and staff
Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and team members

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and either Arabic or Chaldean
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
