We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator to be the face of our Rochester office and help create a positive experience for every customer, employee, and visitor who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

As our Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting both our customers and internal teams. You'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, provide hands-on customer support, and help ensure our office operates efficiently every day.

In This Role, You Will:

Create a welcoming and professional experience for employees, customers, and guests visiting our Rochester office.
Serve as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions related to billing, service availability, and technical support.
Partner closely with teams across the organization, including Customer Experience, Network Operations, and Field Services, to ensure seamless communication and support.
Assist customers through multiple channels including in-person interactions, email, and chat.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
Support the Concierge team with customer requests and service-related inquiries.
Help maintain an organized, safe, and productive office environment.
Provide administrative support and contribute to special projects that help drive business success.

What Makes You Successful

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and can balance multiple priorities with confidence. You bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, reception, or office coordination.
Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred Experience:

Experience supporting operations, field teams, or multi-location environments.
Familiarity with ticketing systems, visitor management platforms, or facilities management tools.
Basic troubleshooting skills for office technology and equipment.
