Full Job Description

ESTATE PLANNING PARALEGAL
Duties:
- Handling initial client interactions, conduct client interviews to gather relevant information for legal cases
- Proactively manage case files from beginning to end
-Maintain case files
- Draft legal documents
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Utilize Outlook, Sharepoint or similar software to organize and maintain electronic documents
- Assist with project management tasks related to legal cases

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Estate Planning or Trust and Estates paralegal is required.

- Proficient in conducting client interviews and gathering relevant information
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Experience with filing legal documents and maintaining case files
- Familiarity with legal research tools, such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Excellent legal drafting skills for preparing various types of legal documents
- Strong administrative skills to provide support to attorneys and manage office tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
