Role Description:

The Paralegal/Legal Assistant will be responsible for on-site legal document preparation, communication with clients, conducting research, document review, and other administrative tasks related to estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate and trust administration. This position is a full or part-time or part time position, depending on what works best for the employee. Hours do not extend into weekends or evenings.

Required:

- Organizational skills/time management

Helpful:

- Experience in:

o Estate Planning

o Medicaid Planning

o Probate and Trust Administration

- Legal/paralegal/general education

- Financial statement literacy

- Experience working in a law firm or legal setting

Pay:

Commensurate with experience.
