Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will manage financial records and support daily office operations. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth administrative workflows while maintaining accurate bookkeeping practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication. Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and send customer invoices.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and make bank deposits.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Process payroll

Administrative & Customer Support

Serve as a backup for customer service, including order processing
Perform general office duties, including filing and maintaining organized records.
Run business-related errands as needed.
Assist with office upkeep to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Provide additional administrative support as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping required.
Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Quickbooks accounting software.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Reliable transportation for occasional business errands.
