Full Job Description

The Asset Management Coordinator supports the capital improvement process, data collection and analysis, and insurance and safety compliance across multiple rental car facility sites. Under supervision of the Director, this role is responsible for proactively completing the processes that are in place to ensure accurate information is recorded and updated for operational service locations.

Coordinators may work with site staff, vendors, and consultants to collect and organize data in standardized reports. This position requires familiarity with lease documents and the obligations contained therein. Responsibilities include serving as a resource to other departments on occasion.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Timeliness in deliverables: monthly reports are compiled ahead of deadlines.
Frequently assist with capital assessments to inform the repair and replacement plans.
Review insurance requirements annually and coordinate policy adjustments.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Review maintenance and service records to identify trends in equipment failure rates.
Compile utility data monthly and report the observations in changing use and/or cost.
Stay informed of sustainable changes that are successful at multiple sites.
Review contract documents and coordinate appropriate insurance levels for each site.
Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Maintain current knowledge of individual area of expertise. Provide updates to team as needed.
Establish good working relationships with other team members.
Foster positive communications and relationships with tenants, owners, and building staff.
Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Actively participate in meetings as requested.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school Diploma or GED required.
Strong commitment to continued education.
Considerable understanding of asset management and capital planning best practices.
Strong knowledge of data management principles.
Ability to work without supervision.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance requirements.
Considerable knowledge of stainability best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proficient typing skills are also required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Occasional requirement to bend, stoop, crouch, lift materials overhead.
Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use a computer.
