Join Our Team as a Personal Trainer

We are a private personal training gym that focuses on health, longevity, and building a supportive community of excellence for our clients. We’re seeking passionate, motivated individuals to join our team as a Personal Trainer. We value those with a drive to learn, grow, and contribute to our vibrant community. If you have experience as a trainer, we’d love to hear from you, but we’re also willing to train the right person through our internship program.

Responsibilities

Design individualized training programs based on client goals and abilities.
Guide clients through personal and small group training sessions (up to four clients at a time).
Provide nutrition and lifestyle coaching to complement training.
Maintain an exceptional training environment, supporting clients' journeys to health and strength.

Hours & Compensation

Initial hours will vary based on your current experience level, with opportunities for more clients and responsibilities as your skills grow.
Compensation is competitive, with the potential for growth as you develop your clientele and skills.

Qualifications

Required:

Active weightlifting experience and familiarity with a gym environment.
Ability to design tailored weight training programs based on client needs.
Understanding of biomechanics and anatomy.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Preferred:

Degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in a health-related field.
2 years of personal training experience.
