ABOUT US

The Minnesota Elite Home Team (www.facebook.com/mnelitehometeam) is a team of real estate professionals with Keller Williams Classic Realty NW. We are a fast-growing, client-focused real estate team based in the Twin Cities area. We are passionate about helping buyers and sellers make confident moves, and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience at every step of the process. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Listing/Transaction Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to grow!

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a result of continuing growth, we are seeking the addition of a Listing/Transaction Coordinator at our Maple Grove location. The Listing/Transaction Coordinator has a critical role on our team, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of our listings from pre-listing preparation through closing. This person serves as the operational backbone of our listing process, ensuring every seller receives consistent, professional, and timely communication and that every listing is positioned for success.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires someone who can juggle multiple priorities, communicate proactively, and take ownership of processes without being asked. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills & Qualities:

● Minnesota Real Estate License (or ability to successfully complete shortly after hire date)

● Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

● Proactive, self-motivated, and resourceful - can figure things out when no one is available to help

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple listings and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball

● Calm under pressure - handles shifting priorities and tight deadlines with composure

● Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly

● Professional, warm, and client-focused in all interactions

● Sees problems and fixes them - doesn't wait to be asked

● Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (property visits required)

Preferred Experience:

● Prior experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or listing management

● Familiarity with MLS systems (Northstar MLS preferred)

● Experience with KW Command, TransactionDesk, ShowingTime, or similar platforms

● Experience with Canva or other marketing/graphic design tools

● Social media marketing experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Listing & Listing Preparation

Coordinate all aspects of preparing a property for market, including seller materials, listing paperwork, staging, vendors, photography, MLS input, and launch timelines.

Active Listing Management

Manage listings from launch through offer acceptance, including seller communication, showing feedback, open houses, marketing, property checks, MLS updates, and file maintenance.

Under Contract & Closing

Coordinate the transaction from active listing through closing, including documentation, MLS updates, seller communications, property logistics, closing details, gifts, reviews, and database updates.

Marketing & Content

Create and manage listing and team marketing across social media, email, print, websites, and digital platforms, including graphics, property descriptions, flyers, postcards, and other marketing materials.

Vendor & Resource Management

Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors, including staging, photography, cleaning, repairs, and inspections, while managing pricing, scheduling, and vendor resources.

Database & Lead Generation Support

Maintain the team's CRM, contact database, farming lists, and nurture campaigns while supporting past client outreach, reviews, events, and lead generation activities.

Market Research & Reporting

Research market trends, comparable properties, competitors, and listing performance to provide insights that support pricing, marketing, and ongoing business improvements.

Administrative & Systems

Maintain organized files, records, templates, and SOPs while ensuring processes and systems remain accurate and efficient. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, implement new tools and processes, and provide general administrative support to agents and team leadership.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

● Salary range for this position is $50-55,000 annually.

● Bonus eligibility for bringing new business to the organization.

● Typical hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some flexibility. There will be occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

● We offer 2 weeks’ PTO and 8 paid holidays.

● This position will office at our convenient Maple Grove location.
