As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Santa Rosa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and badge processes. Use your customer service and communication skills to assist visitors and personnel while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing guests to appropriate areas.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting events as required.

Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least six months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

Hold an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
