We are looking for that exceptional candidate. The right candidate must possess exemplary communication skills, an amazing personality that works well with a team and with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities and skills consist of answering telephones, excellent phone and organizational skills, scheduling/confirming appointments, checking in patients, and processing payments, and helping out team members when needed.

Summary

As a Front Office team member , you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential support in a dental office environment. Your core skills in patient service, dental office experience will enable you to manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain dental records efficiently. With strong communication and organizational skills, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your familiarity with EHR systems and dental terminology will enhance your ability to assist both patients and staff effectively, making you a vital part of our dental team. While specific dental experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right person for the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
