Integrity Warranty LLC is a rapidly growing Vehicle Service Contract provider headquartered in Ooltewah, TN. We proudly serve automotive dealerships nationwide with honest coverage, fast and fair claims decisions, and exceptional support for our agents, dealers, and contract holders.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service professional to join our Claims Team as an Automotive Claims Adjuster. If you have solid dealership service department experience and are ready to transition out of the 50–60 hour service drive grind into a steady Monday–Friday office role, this could be the ideal next step in your automotive career.

This role requires proven automotive service knowledge and the ability to make informed, fair decisions on vehicle service contract claims.
Applicants without dealership service department experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Investigate, analyze, and determine coverage and liability for vehicle service contract claims
Communicate professionally with contract holders, repair facilities, service advisors, agents, and claimants
Collect and document detailed statements, repair information, and findings in claim files
Calculate, authorize, and process claim payments within designated authority levels
Negotiate and adjudicate claims independently with minimal supervision
Develop expertise in vehicle service contract coverage, terms, and exclusions
Work closely with Claims Supervisors to ensure accurate and compliant claim handling
Maintain a high level of accuracy, integrity, and customer service in all interactions

This is a 100% in-office position. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership experience required

(Service Advisor, Service Consultant, Technician, Warranty Administrator, etc.)

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and labor time guides
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
