Restoration Project Coordinator

Are you highly organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an experienced Restoration Project Coordinator to help keep our restoration projects moving efficiently from emergency response through final invoice.
As the hub between our customers, project managers, estimators, insurance carriers, subcontractors, and office staff, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate restoration projects from start to finish.
- Schedule inspections, crews, subcontractors, and customer appointments.
- Maintain project documentation within DASH or other restoration management software.
- Review project files for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist estimators with documentation, job setup, and administrative support.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate status updates to customers and internal staff.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and mortgage companies when needed.
- Obtain required documentation, approvals, and customer signatures.
- Track job progress to help ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Monitor estimate approvals, supplements, change orders, and invoicing.
- Assist with accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain organized electronic job files.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout every stage of the project.
- Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restoration industry experience preferred.
- Ability to gain and maintain trust with our Estimators and Project Managers through attention to detail, consistent support and accurate work is a MUST!
- Experience working with TPAs (Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Experience with DASH or similar restoration software is preferred.
- Experience in CompanyCam.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong, consistent follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience working with insurance claims is a plus.
- Professional, positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
