LawGistic Partners is searching for an Administrative Assistant committed to personal integrity, honesty, and a driven work ethic. Our Process Servers/Couriers are arguably the best in the business, and it starts with providing exceptional operational support to them and our client base. As a legal administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Duties may include data entry, answering the phone, proofing documents for accuracy, client support, copying, scanning and filing as well as other general office needs. A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to multitask are a must for this position. The Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to gain valuable administrative, corporate and legal experience, while supporting a professional family. Qualifications:

2 Years College Education or 2 Years Administrative Assistant Experience
Extreme level of discretion when dealing with highly confidential information
Attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines
Team player with ability to build relationships with vendors, clients and co-workers.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Thrives under time-related pressure, capable of coping with fast-paced/varied activities
Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF)
Accurate typing skills at 40 WPM or greater.
Legal background preferred but not required
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle

Where you'll work:

Our corporate headquarters are based in Plymouth, MN. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will not require travel. A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle to run occasional business errands is required.
