Territory Sales Manager — Own Your Territory, Build Your Income, Run the Team

Field-based $70K–$80K base + uncapped bonus - our top performers earn $130K–$190K+

We had a rep build five new clients a week and earn $130K+ a year — working only a handful of referral sources. We're handing the right person a whole territory and asking a simple question:

How big can you make it?

If you're a closer who's tired of splitting a shrinking pie, tired of a cap on what you can earn, and tired of maintaining accounts instead of building them — keep reading. This is a territory you own, a scoreboard you control, and an income ceiling set by exactly one thing: you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aspire is a Medford-founded home care company — our owners were literally the first two caregivers 15 years ago — and we've built a strong reputation across the Rogue Valley. Now we want someone to go capture the market share that's out there. We need a Territory Sales Manager to own private-pay growth across the region.

You'll be the face of a company families already trust. You bring the relationships and the hustle; we back you with a real reputation, a fast-moving team, and direct access to the owner (no corporate layers, no red tape).

This is a hunter's role, not a farmer's. You'll spend your days in the field building referral relationships and turning them into new clients — not behind a desk maintaining what already exists.

WHAT MAKES THIS WORTH LEAVING YOUR CURRENT JOB

Uncapped upside, and we can prove it's real. You earn 5% of the private-pay and long-term-care-insurance client hours you originate. More clients = more income, with no limit on how many clients you bring in. One of our reps hit $130K+ with just a few sources. A full territory is a bigger opportunity than that.
You hunt and you get fed. On top of the referral relationships you build, we route a steady stream of warm inbound internet leads your way — real people already looking for care. Not a firehose, but real opportunities you won't have to dig for.
A product that closes itself — and keeps paying you. Over 90% client satisfaction means you're selling something that actually delivers: easier to close, and clients stay longer, so your bonus tail runs longer. In one internal review, of ~200 clients we served, only one needed the hospital. Great care isn't just feel-good here — it's your competitive edge in the field.
You own the territory and the scoreboard. Clear numbers, weekly wins you can see, and the freedom to run your territory your own way.
This can become your team to run. Prove yourself as a rep, and the path opens to a management role — a significantly higher base plus a percentage of every rep you lead. We're not just hiring a salesperson; we're looking for the person who could build and run the sales team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing, senior living, and community partners
Follow up on the warm inbound leads we route to you — and turn them into clients
Generate and close new private-pay and LTC-insurance client opportunities
Hand off cleanly to our Care Advocates, who handle assessments and keep clients happy
Keep consistent field activity across your territory and track your wins

Note: DHS and VA assessments are handled by our Care Advocate team — your focus (and your bonus) is private-pay and long-term-care insurance, the highest-value growth in the market.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We'll set you up to ramp steadily, not thrown to the wolves. Strong reps build toward 3–5 new clients a week within the first few months, with our best pushing well beyond that. We'll talk real, honest numbers in the interview — no surprises.

A rhythm that works: ~40 meaningful touches, a few strong referral meetings, and at least one A-level networking connection each week. Do that consistently and the results — and the income — follow.

COMPENSATION

Base: $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
Bonus: 5% of the private-pay / LTC-insurance client hours you originate, paid for up to 5 months per client — with no cap on the number of clients, so your earning ceiling is your own effort
Realistic top-performer range: $130,000–$190,000+
