Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Assistant to support the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of multiple properties. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth operations by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance and vendors, and serving as the primary point of communication for tenants across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced property management environment..

Duties

Assist the Property Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks across multiple properties
Serve as the primary point of communication for tenants, both residential and commercial
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors
Schedule property repairs, inspections, and service appointments
Maintain organized records for work orders, invoices, and vendor communications
Assist with coordinating property projects and improvements
Communicate updates to tenants regarding maintenance, repairs, or scheduled work
Track project timelines and provide updates to the Property Manager
Help ensure property operations stay organized and running efficiently

Qualifications

1–3 years of customer service experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience with AppFolio preferred
Must be comfortable working with AI tools, specifically Claude

Preferred Experience

Experience working in property management or real estate
Experience coordinating maintenance vendors or contractors

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
