Reach for the Top Therapy Services is a rapidly growing outpatient pediatric rehabilitation clinic that is looking for the right experienced candidate to join our highly skilled team. We are seeking a skilled and licensed occupational or physical therapist. We offer 20 therapy services and specialty programs including mental health services, physical, occupational, speech, feeding, aquatic, telehealth, hippotherapy, music therapy, and more.

The Director of Operations & Pediatric Pelvic Floor Coordinator position for our nonprofit therapy clinic is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the organization achieves its mission and goals.
OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Work with the executive director and director of clinical services to inform and implement strategic plans and operational objectives.
-Oversee the daily workflow of the administrative and clinical departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness with process, policy, and paperwork for staff and families.
-Oversee daily operational functions to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals, while maintaining a strong focus on cost management and profitability.
-Analyze financial and operational metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement strategies that reduce expenses and strengthen the organization’s bottom line.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth
-Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and accountability across departments.
-Oversee the on-going assessment of the quality and impact of the organization’s programs and projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure arrival rates and billable hour metrics are met
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers
-Overseeing the administrative functions of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, and compliance, in collaboration with the Executive Director.
-Monitor and seek regular employee feedback regarding space, tools, supplies, room design, and virtual space availability, ensuring cost effective utilization and effectiveness.
-Work with IT to ensure that all computers and clinic devices, are updated, secure, working, and problem solve challenges as they arise.
-Oversee on-going training and compliance in all workplace policies for safety and effectiveness through the Safety Committee and in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
-Manage and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
-Oversee and on-going training in efficiency and time management with EMR system, updating templates as needed, training staff and obtaining feedback.
-Ongoing development of handouts and trainings to improve understanding of company policy, chain of command, performance & expectations clarity and mission/vision engagement for staff.
- Lead regular monthly staff meetings, collaborating with leadership team to plan agenda.
-Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services to oversee and support team performance in clinical team’s job duties to meet company goals. Identifying challenges and barriers and collaborating on actions to remedy.
-Develops and implements marketing activities to promote referrals for departments as needed
-Lead one, hour long lunch and learn each month, with a focus on safety and/or clinic effectiveness.
-Supervision and support the staff and volunteers who carry out the organization’s activities and services.
-Establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and community members.
-Perform management activities including interviewing, hiring, evaluating, and terminating department staff members in conjunction with the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services.
-Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provides strengths based 1:1 direct care to patients birth through 20 years of age, 50-60% schedule rate.
-Evaluation of children using standardized tools and clinical observation
-Best practice standards re: confidentiality, client care, and treatment planning/implementation.
-Completing all evaluation reports, plans of care, daily notes, and any other paperwork necessary in the treatment of children within 3-5 business days as outlined in Clinical Staff Expectations and Guidelines
-Ensuring accuracy and medical necessity in all medical documentation
-Collaborate with child's care team as needed for best outcomes
-Work with a variety of family cultures respectfully, modeling that expectation for staff.
-Utilize a trauma-informed background to meet the needs of the children and their families
-Recognize and advocate for individual differences, especially with the neurodivergent population.
-Evoke a trustworthy, dependable and playful denmeanor, committed to providing top-quality pediatric therapy services
-Participation in specialty programming as desired: hippotherapy, aquatics therapy, outdoor therapy, group therapies, sensory gardening, and more. (Additional training provided)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree and at least 7 years of clinical experience with at least 3 years in outpatient pediatric clinic management in a supervisory capacity, non-profit experience preferred.
Orthopedic or neurorehabilitation focus preferred.
Minimum 2 years pelvic floor experience required. Ultrasound preferred but open to training.
