About us

Fostered Collection is a growing kids clothing brand based in Tulsa. We design and sell online, and every order that goes out the door is picked, checked, and packed by our own small team in our own warehouse. It is a real small business, not a fulfillment center. You will know the products, you will know the people you work with, and the work you do is the last thing a customer experiences before they open the box.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Extended hours are required during Black Friday and the holiday season. This is our busiest stretch of the year and everyone works it
No nights, no Sundays

What you will actually do

Pull items for customer orders using our bin location system and a handheld scanner
Scan every item as you pick it. Accuracy matters more than speed here
Pack orders to our standard so they arrive looking the way they should
Help receive incoming shipments, count them against the packing list, and get product onto the shelves in the right bins
Keep your section tidy and flag anything that is low, empty, or in the wrong place
Occasionally help with labeling, tagging, and getting new styles floor ready

What we are looking for

You show up on time, every scheduled day. This is the whole job for a small team
You are careful. You would rather double check than guess
You can read an order and match it to the right item, color, and size without rushing past the details
You are comfortable using a scanner and a basic app on a phone or tablet. We will train you on ours
You work well without someone standing over you
You are available for extended hours during the holiday season

No warehouse experience required. If you have picked, packed, stocked shelves, or worked retail backroom, that helps, but we will train the right person from scratch.

Physical requirements

These are the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations are available.

On your feet and moving for most of the shift
Lifting and carrying boxes up to 40 pounds, with help available for anything heavier
Bending, reaching, and using a step stool to reach upper bins
Seeing and reading small print on tags, labels, and barcodes

Pay and review

$15.00 per hour to start
Formal performance review at three months covering accuracy, attendance, and pace, with pay revisited at that review
Paid weekly
