Gamer Girlz is a growing video game company seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Video Game Product Quality Associates.
This position is part of the team responsible for the final cleaning, preparation, quality inspection, and wrapping of video game consoles and accessories before they are staged for sale and shipped to customers across the country.
If you enjoy working with your hands, staying organized, seeing the results of your work, and making things look their best, this may be a great fit.
No previous gaming, electronics, or work experience is required. We will train the right candidate.
This is a student-friendly and entry-level position. It can be an excellent opportunity for students, homeschool students, after-school employment, first-time workers, and others looking to gain real-world work experience.
Gamer Girlz has a long history of hiring and training local young people, including students from Sandpoint High School and homeschool groups throughout the area. Many team members begin with little or no previous work experience and develop valuable skills in responsibility, teamwork, communication, productivity, quality control, inventory management, and business operations.

Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare video game consoles, controllers, accessories, and other gaming products
- Inspect products for cleanliness, cosmetic condition, and overall presentation
- Carefully wrap finished consoles and accessories to protect them during storage and shipment
- Perform final quality checks before products are staged for sale
- Make sure products are clean, organized, and properly prepared before leaving your workstation
- Identify scratches, damage, missing pieces, or other product concerns that require additional attention
- Pull and organize products within designated work and inventory areas
- Follow established cleaning, wrapping, and quality-control procedures
- Keep workstations, supplies, and surrounding areas clean and organized
- Document or communicate inventory and product discrepancies when needed
- Break down and organize boxes and packaging materials as needed
- Assist other team members with product preparation and daily operations
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and positive working environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to approximately 20 pounds without assistance
- Ability to bend, crouch, reach, and move throughout the workday
- Comfortable standing or working at a preparation station for portions of the day
- Comfortable performing repetitive cleaning, wrapping, and product-preparation tasks
Compensation & Benefits
- $13.00 - $18.00+ per hour
