Key Responsibilities of our Service Advisors/Writers

Unrivaled Customer Service: Welcome guests, build strong relationships, and act as the primary liaison between customers and automotive technicians.
Consultative Advising: Listen actively to customer concerns, clarify vehicle symptoms, and professionally advise guests on necessary maintenance and repair needs based on factory recommendations.
Repair Order Management: Efficiently write, open, track, and close Repair Orders (ROs) while managing customer appointments and scheduling.
Estimates & Transparency: Develop accurate labor and parts cost projections, provide clear time estimates, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Experience: Previous service advising or automotive writing experience is highly preferred. Experience with GM or Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (CDJR) dealership systems is a major plus.
People Skills: Exceptional communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Drive & Confidence: A highly motivated professional excited to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Hiring Contingencies: Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a negative pre-employment drug screen.
