Personal Characteristics:

Ability to coordinate multiple bakery tasks. work in a timely and in an efficient manner; and be able to multi-task.
Skilled at time management, organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented and passionate about exceptional bakery products.
Display pleasant and polite demeanor while motivating co-workers to work as a team and to ensure that food and guest experience meet company standards.
Ability to communicate feedback to others constructively and politely.
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Position Requirements

Follow baking recipes, complete prep lists, and follow procedures safely
Prepare baked goods and pastries, timely and efficiently while maintaining company standards
Follow company standards for pastry finishing, cake decoration, and recipe execution
Ensure proper product identification, labeling and expiration dates of each product.
Maintain and organize proper storage, identification and organization of products
Ensure proper equipment and facility cleaning practices
Must have weekend availability
