Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development and food preparation to staff management and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties

Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, emphasizing fine dining quality.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
Manage inventory control, food production, and cost control measures to optimize resources while maintaining high-quality standards.
Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling practices, and compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Coordinate staffing schedules, shift management, and team supervision to foster a motivated, efficient culinary team with strong leadership.
Collaborate with the dietary department on special dietary needs and catering requirements for events or large-scale functions such as banquets.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the kitchen while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments; banquet, catering, or restaurant management experience is highly desirable.
Proven supervising experience managing diverse teams in fast-paced settings; ability to lead by example and motivate staff effectively.
Deep knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, inventory management, food handling, and cost control strategies within the food industry.
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production, kitchen management, and food service operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments including catering and dietary services while maintaining excellent service standards.
Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
Certification in food safety or sanitation practices is preferred; prior experience managing large-scale food operations is advantageous.
