Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an energetic and organized Store Manager to lead our downtown team and oversee daily store operations. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, and ensuring smooth store functionality. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail management, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming shopping experience and foster a motivated team.

Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, merchandising, pricing, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and shift management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Coordinate purchasing decisions and manage vendor relationships to optimize product availability and store profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment.
Utilize marketing techniques to promote store offerings and enhance the shopping experience for diverse customer groups.

Skills

Proven management experience in retail settings with strong leadership capabilities.
CA Manager Food Handler Certified preferred
Coffee Experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and cash handling procedures.
Experience with inventory management systems (POS), merchandising, stock replenishment, and store layout planning.
Skilled in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing candidates, and supervising teams.
Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail operations. Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding service while driving the success of our retail location!
