Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Welder/Fabricator/Fitter, where your skills will shine in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in manufacturing and construction. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating high-quality products while ensuring safety and precision. Your expertise in welding and fabrication will contribute significantly to our projects, making a tangible impact every day!

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC plasma cutting tables for precise part fabrication
Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components
Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of welding experience (industrial or fabrication setting preferred)
Proficiency with MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding processes
Experience operating and programming CNC plasma tables
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Certification(s) in welding (AWS or equivalent) is a plus
