We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a proven Architectural media portfolio.
Immediate project – a sales brochure – that will serve as an opportunity to evaluate your skill level, aesthetic sensibility, and overall fit for future projects.

You: Ideal Portfolio & Design Aesthetic
We are looking for a designer with a strong background in architectural graphic design and the ability to present technical and engineering concepts in a visually compelling way. The work will highlight O2’s patented engineering systems, material selections, spatial design features, and customizable options available to buyers.
Our preferred aesthetic is sophisticated and contemporary, featuring clean layouts, elegant typography, strong visual hierarchy, and a seamless integration of architectural and technical content.
Your portfolio will include examples of the following:
Architectural visualization and branding
Real estate development marketing
Luxury hospitality branding
Architecture portfolio
Investor deck
Industrial design catalog
Outdoor hospitality branding
Printed catalogs
Long-form brochures (20+ pages)
Required Skills & Experience
1. 3 + years of Proven experience in architectural or high-end design-focused graphic design.
2. Ability to work with provided O2 renderings, photography, and creative direction to take the reigns to develop polished marketing materials.
3. Strong understanding of brand development across both digital and print media.
4. Ability to translate complex design and engineering concepts into clear, engaging visual communications.
5. Can work in a fast paced creative environment.
6. Strong Proficiency in graphic design software Adobe Suite and Canva required.
Project types will include sales brochures, company portfolios, pitch decks, and various marketing and presentation materials.
Initial Project:
The first assignment is the development of a dynamic sales brochure for O2 Treehouse’s latest design, which is being launched as a prefabricated product line. The product line will be offered in three sizes, each featuring distinct spatial layouts, amenities, and budget considerations. The brochure will be marketed to both residential and hospitality audiences. Because many design elements are shared across all three models, it will be important to clearly communicate the differences and value propositions of each size option.
O2 will provide:
1. Marketing copy
2. A creative brief
3. Rendered and photographic assets
4. Ongoing collaboration and creative direction throughout the project
In addition, we would like to establish a standardized cover page and closing page that can be carried forward into future brochures as foundational elements of the O2 brand identity.
Future Project for future hiring:
If the initial brochure proves to be a successful collaboration, we would like to continue working together. Future projects will include additional product brochures, investor and sales pitch decks, and a variety of smaller design initiatives. Each brochure will need to reflect the unique character of the featured design while maintaining a consistent O2 brand identity and format. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with a designer who can help create and maintain a cohesive visual language across all future digital and printed marketing materials.
