Sales Support Assistant – Entry-level IT Sales Support

What you’ll do

You will be assisting senior account managers providing Information Technology Solutions to corporate and government accounts.
You will provide sales support by preparing quotes, sourcing computer hardware, software, and related products, and researching customer accounts.
You will be communicating over the phone with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
You will work on-site, M-F, 8 am – 5 pm.

What we are looking for

A minimum of one year of sales/customer service experience, or retail experience in a related industry supporting technology, (e.g., wireless, Best Buy).
You should have technical familiarity with computer product solutions and related technologies.
You must be proficient in using MS Office and email.
You must be organized, a problem solver, and a multi-tasker.
