Post-Harvest Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Post-Harvest team with activities for a 100,000 sq. ft. of indoor grow.

Lead and supervise employees working Thursday through Sunday.

Coordinate daily staffing and assign employees based on production priorities.

Oversee harvest activities to ensure rooms are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Manage bucking operations, including machine and scissor-bucking workflows, productivity, quality, and material tracking.

Manage trimming operations to support daily production goals, bud-rate expectations, Grade A quality, and product consistency.

Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address attendance, conduct, or production concerns.

Ensure all weights, plant counts, production totals, waste, and material movements are accurately documented.

Complete end-of-shift checks for cleanliness, organization, equipment condition, and data accuracy.

Coordinate with weekday leadership to communicate production status, staffing concerns, equipment issues, and any unfinished work.

Support troubleshooting and make operational adjustments when production issues occur.

Enforce company SOPs, safety requirements, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate or complete weekend Safrax deployment according to the approved schedule and application procedures.

Ensure anyone deploying Safrax has completed the required training, fit testing, and PPE requirements.

Document Safrax deployment and confirm that all required restricted-entry and safety procedures are followed.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? High school diploma required.
? Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or other relevant field strongly preferred.
? 1-3 years experience as a cannabis leader in a 75,000 sq. ft. or larger facility.
? Knowledge of plant strains, plant structure, and plant health.
? Attention to detail and experience directing and monitoring the performance of teams of employees.
? Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
? Computer skills: Microsoft Office.
? Must be 21 years of age or older
? A combination of the above shall also be considered.
