Qualifications

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department across our portfolio of brands, including STEEL Supplements, OMNI Energy, SODI Pop, and LM Vitae Austrian Alps Water.

This role is responsible for coordinating the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and brands, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and excels at balancing creativity with operational execution.

This position will work closely with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and external partners to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage marketing campaign timelines across multiple brands, ensuring all initiatives are launched accurately and on schedule.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure all marketing assets, product information, approvals, inventory needs, promotional details, and supporting resources are prepared and available when needed.
Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of SMS marketing campaigns, including campaign scheduling, segmentation, quality assurance testing, and performance tracking.
Support email marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign calendars, gathering creative assets, and assisting with deployment.
Maintain detailed marketing calendars, project trackers, activity logs, and campaign documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices that support each brand's objectives.
Assist in managing social media initiatives, including content scheduling, community engagement, and collaboration with influencers, affiliates, athletes, ambassadors, and content creators.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely development and delivery of marketing assets for digital campaigns, product launches, retail promotions, and events.
Support the execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives across all brands.
Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance, helping identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coordinate the planning and execution of trade shows, fitness expos, retail activations, sampling events, Street Team initiatives, and other brand experiences.
Research and identify relevant sponsorships, partnerships, influencer opportunities, and marketing events aligned with brand goals.
Attend marketing events and activations as needed to support on-site execution and brand representation.
Coordinate promotional materials, event logistics, product shipments, travel arrangements, and communication with external vendors and partners.
Support administrative marketing functions, including maintaining marketing resources, processing invoices, and assisting with vendor relationships.
Assist with managing relationships with affiliates, influencers, ambassadors, and other marketing partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role preferred.
Experience with SMS and email marketing platforms (Attentive, Klaviyo, Postscript, or similar) is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools is preferred.
Willingness to occasionally work events outside normal business hours when required.
Passion for health, wellness, fitness, beverage, and consumer brands is a plus.
