Full Job Description

We are a construction company looking to fill a remote position with someone who has 2+ years experience in scheduling and coordinating. We currently work with several large home builders along the SW coast of Florida. Bilingual is a plus. This is a 1099 position.

Looking to bring someone to the team who is:

Organized
Positive personality and has positive customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Can work with excel
Can keep calm under stress
must have working computer, excel, cell phone and printer if needed
Flexibility of hours
Exceptional communication skills

Job duties would include but not limited to:

Coordinate with other team members for daily task
Verifying workers have arrived at job location each day, following up for completion
Daily scheduling for 20 + workers
Sending out workers’ daily schedule
Uploading workers timecards for payroll
Quality control calls to homeowners
Communicating with job site supervisors and responding to emails
Coordinating with homeowners
Uploading field workers daily work completed sheets for billing purposes
