Full Job Description

Company: Hadyson Water Restoration
Location: Savannah, Georgia
Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20 Hours per Week)
Compensation: $20–$25 per Hour
Growth Opportunity: Expected to transition into a full-time leadership position as the company grows.

Hadyson Water Restoration is a locally owned, fast-growing water mitigation and restoration company committed to serving homeowners, businesses, property managers, and insurance professionals with integrity, urgency, and exceptional customer service. We are building a company known for professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment, communicating with people, and helping a team succeed. You won't simply answer phones—you'll become the operational hub of our company. Your work will allow our owners to spend more time serving customers, building relationships, and growing the business.

What You'll Do

· Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

· Schedule inspections, technician appointments, equipment pickups, and follow-up visits.

· Prepare and send DocuSign agreements and customer documents.

· Maintain accurate customer records and job status in company software.

· Coordinate technician calendars and appointment confirmations.

· Send invoices, payment links, and courteous payment reminders.

· Follow up with customers regarding estimates and completed work.

· Schedule and coordinate meetings with Realtors, plumbers, property managers, and referral partners.

· Maintain our marketing database and referral partner CRM.

· Prepare weekly reports and assist with general office administration.

· Help ensure every customer receives prompt communication throughout their project.

What Success Looks Like

· Every customer receives timely communication.

· Technicians have organized schedules and complete information before arriving on-site.

· Invoices and payment requests are sent promptly.

· Referral partners receive consistent follow-up and appreciation.

· The owners spend less time on paperwork and more time growing the business.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or customer service experience preferred.

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

· Comfortable learning new software and technology.

· Positive attitude, self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow.

· Experience in restoration, construction, or a service business is a plus but not required.
