JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how modern ecommerce businesses operate behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full eCommerce ecosystem—from launching products and optimizing digital shelf content to supporting marketing campaigns and monitoring marketplace performance. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization while helping ensure our products are accurately represented, compliant, and performing across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other emerging marketplaces. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of ecommerce operations while contributing to a fast-growing digital business
Essential Functions

- Support item setup and onboarding across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Target and additional marketplaces.
- Lead ongoing item maintenance and optimization, including pricing updates, attribute management, product variations, and product detail enhancements.
- Monitor listing health dashboards to ensure products remain live, accurate, and compliant with retailer requirements.
- Identify and resolve listing suppressions, feed errors, and compliance flags.
- Track and organize product compliance and testing documentation (CPSIA, ASTM, CPSC, battery certifications and hazmat documentation).
- Troubleshoot launch readiness checklists to ensure all required content, assets and documentation are completed prior to go-live.
- Manage Amazona A+ content, Walmart rich media, Shopify enhanced content, and other modular pdf elements.
- Support marketing copy updates including product descriptions, feature bullets, technical specifications and web content.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure assets and copy are deployed accurately and on schedule.
- Track readiness campaigns across all eCommerce channels.
- Manage product data and digital assets within internal systems such as Salsify.
- Ensure images, copy, videos, compliance documents and product details are uploaded correctly and kept current.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and in-stock tracking across eCommerce channels and fulfillment locations (FBC, marketplace fulfillment, Shopify, etc.)
- Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, ASP, Buy Box status, review health, site traffic, and pricing trends.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical effort will also be required – assembling, lifting, and carrying sample bicycles and electric ride-ons.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Non-exempt employees are entitled to overtime for work required to be performed over 40 hours per work week. Must be able to maintain our regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Travel
Some local and national travel is expected for this position. Must maintain a valid Georgia driver's license and have current automobile insurance.
Required Education and Experience
· College degree with 1-3 years’ professional experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, sales operations or related field preferred.
· Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify platforms strongly preferred.
· Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data organization).
· Comfortable in ERP, CRM, and PIM software.
· Familiarity with eCommerce platforms preferred.
