Full Job Description

HOS Management, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead operations at one of our managed properties, the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown.

We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader with strong Food & Beverage (F&B) experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, service-focused, and experienced in operating full-service hotel food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and hotel associates.
Manage all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, breakfast service, banquet/catering operations (if applicable), inventory, labor controls, and food safety compliance.
Drive hotel revenue while managing expenses to achieve budgeted financial goals.
Monitor STR reports, RevPAR, guest satisfaction scores, and departmental performance.
Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and company policies.
Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members.
Maintain a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee safety, security, maintenance, and property appearance.
Build strong relationships with guests, local businesses, and community partners.
Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations and corporate support teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of Hotel General Manager experience preferred.
Previous Hilton brand experience required.
Strong Food & Beverage management experience is required.
Demonstrated success managing hotel financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L responsibilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate teams and build a positive workplace culture.
Experience with hotel property management systems and revenue management tools.
Knowledge of Hilton operating standards and quality assurance programs is a plus.
Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
ServSafe Food Manager Certification is a plus.
