Full Job Description

Overview

We're looking to hire an energetic and friendly "Director of First Impressions" to work at the front desk of our outpatient mental health therapy office.

Duties include the usual front-desk responsibilities of welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and, most importantly, creating a warm, welcoming, and friendly waiting room environment. During slower times, there is some billing work to help with, but nothing overwhelming.

We're a growing office with five therapists, and we recently moved into our newly remodeled building right across from the hospital. Our wonderful secretary just graduated and is moving on to advance her career. While we'll definitely miss her, business must go on!

We're hoping to find the right person who will grow with us, have some fun on the job, and help us provide our clients with the excellent office experience they deserve.
