Full Job Description

Now Hiring: Experienced Parts Counter & Service Writer Position

We’re looking to add 1 team member to our growing shop. With the full-time position we are looking for a lead who has a great deal of motorcycle specific experience and preferably has worked at a shop in the past.

Our shop is unique: all parts and service counter staff are cross-trained for both parts and service, but each role has a primary focus.

Parts Counter Staff work mainly with retail parts customers.
Service Writers work primarily with service customers and technicians.

About the Roles

Service Writers act as the bridge between customers and technicians, communicating detailed information clearly and professionally.
Parts & Service Counter Staff must have strong knowledge of powersports products and parts lookup systems.
In both roles, you’ll need to build lasting customer relationships and confidently discuss required and recommended services.

Who We’re Looking For

We want a driven, positive, and customer-focused individual who’s eager to learn in a fun and fast-paced environment.
You should be:

Skilled in customer service and communication
Comfortable working with computers
Very knowledgeable about motorcycles, ATVs, and/or side-by-sides (SxS)
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Willing and capable to both lead AND follow our proven game plan

Schedule

Availability:
Full-Time year around (Tu-Sat) Tu-Fri 8:45-6 and Sat 8:45-5

Compensation

Pay depends on motorcycle dealership or related experience

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
