FlexTrades is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role will troubleshoot and repair a variety of machinery used in rubber molding, extrusion, and plastic injection molding operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting skills and be able to diagnose and repair equipment issues independently.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain rubber molding, extrusion, and plastic injection molding equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery.
- Read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Complete maintenance documentation in SAP and internal systems.
- Troubleshoot forklifts as needed.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, and lifts safely.
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience (up to 480V, 3-phase).
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- PLC troubleshooting experience required; Allen-Bradley experience preferred.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documents.
- Plastic injection molding experience preferred.
- Experience with SAP or a CMMS preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate electrical and PLC experience.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $40/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
- Access to a full suite of benefits
- Travel Pay to and from the project
- Paid lodging (Single-Occupancy Hotel Room)
- Per diem ($45/day)
