Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This energetic role is perfect for someone who may be new to kitchen operations, and wants to grow frying, cutting, and food preparation skills. As a key team member, you will support the head chef in ensuring smooth service during busy periods, including frying, cutting and food preparations.

Duties

Assist the chef with food preparation and frying
Cut and preparing meat and vegetables
Enforce food safety sanitizing procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times

Qualifications

Basic cutting and fryer skills
Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitizing procedures
Adaptive to a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
