The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous experience within the HVAC and Plumbing Industries in either a Leadership or Management role. This position is responsible for directly leading, overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Louisville location. This is not an entry-level leadership role. We're seeking someone with a proven history of successfully managing an HVAC/Plumbing company, building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and producing measurable business results. You will be expected to Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other leaders as needed to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Ensure the operations remain compliant with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and positive working environment for our employees.

What You'll Do -

Provide day-to-day leadership for all Louisville operations.
Develop and execute strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Lead, coach, and mentor department managers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments.
Collaborate with ownership to establish company goals, budgets, and long-term initiatives.
Improve operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent throughout the organization.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed.
Analyze financial reports, operational metrics, and performance data to make informed business decisions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable systems.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented culture built on integrity, communication, and continuous growth.

Required Qualifications -

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager or higher executive leadership position within a HVAC / Plumbing company.
Demonstrated success leading multi-department service organizations.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, profitability, and operational performance.
Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
Experience implementing processes, systems, and operational improvements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational leadership.

Preferred -

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
Strong understanding of residential and commercial service operations.
Experience overseeing sales, customer service, dispatch, field operations, and administrative teams.
History of driving company growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
