Full Job Description

We are looking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

This is an incredible career opportunity within our rapidly growing online business. We specialize in home golf simulator solutions, golf practice equipment, and game improvement tools. We work with a network of 20+ brands and suppliers around North America to grow their e-commerce sales via our website. We serve a customer base of extremely passionate golfers and are focused on becoming a name all golfers will know.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Operate and monitor cutting machines to produce high-quality products.

Conduct routine quality control checks and adjust machinery setting as necessary.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace in the factory or warehouse setting.

Support the warehouse's daily operations.

Experience and Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a cutter machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Familiar with table saw

Circular blade cutting

CNC machine skills

Experience using precision measuring instruments for quality assurance tasks.

Availability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Must achieve and maintain quality and production standards

Must actively participate and support any improvement activities
