Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a solid background in the independent automotive repair industry? Do you enjoy building customer trust, confidently presenting repair recommendations, and delivering an exceptional service experience that creates long-term relationships? If so, we'd love to talk with you.

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to become part of our growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a positive, organized, drama-free environment where your contributions are valued and career growth is encouraged.

What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Build estimates and explain repair recommendations with confidence.
Coordinate repairs between customers and technicians.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
Help the team achieve sales and customer service goals.

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable presenting estimates and recommending needed repairs.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented.
Computer proficiency and experience with shop management software is a plus.
