Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Dentist to join our vibrant dental team.

We are a multidisciplinary practice, delivering wide range of service in a warm and friendly environment.

This is a position for dentists who focused their career on routine needs of patients in preventative, restorative and periodontics.

The ideal candidate is a team-player, energetic with excellent chairside manner, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality dental services while adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards

Compensation:

$650/day or 30% of collection. whichever higher.

Who we are:

We are newly renovated upscale dental office serving the beautiful Gaithersburg for over 20 years.

Our office has seven operatories and equipped with state of the art technologies such as CBCT, CEREC milling machine, Endodontic microscope, laser, scanner, 3D printer, electric handpieces, wired and wireless hygiene equipment, ReLeaf, IsoVac, etc.

Experience

Valid dental license
1 year of experience preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.

Duties

Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics with precision and care.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and dental diagnosis, utilizing Dentrix.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Utilize medical imaging technology to diagnose dental issues accurately and develop effective treatment plans based on comprehensive oral health evaluations.
Communicate clearly with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while ensuring client understanding and comfort.
Maintain detailed medical records and documentation of procedures performed in accordance with legal standards and best practices in healthcare diagnosis.
Collaborate with team members on four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient flow and comfort during procedures.
Stay current with advancements in general dentistry practices, dental terminology, and new technologies to continually improve patient outcomes.

Pay: $650.00 - $1,200.00 per day
