Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Proficient in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse customer base
- Experience using computers to create documents a other printed material a must
- Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone
