Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls promptly and provide information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Assist guests with their requests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Handle guest complaints gracefully and efficiently, seeking resolution to enhance their experience.
Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper communications.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and ready for guests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a can-do attitude.
Basic computer skills and competency is required.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be available to work the following shifts:

6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 6:00am
