Responsibilities

Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement
Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail and timely execution
Monitor shift management activities, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments

Experience

Proven experience working in a dining establishments or high-volume restaurants with a strong background in food production and service management
Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food handling procedures, and kitchen safety standards
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining high-quality food standards
Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management, training, and motivating staff to achieve excellence
Familiarity with restaurant management systems, menu planning tools, and inventory management software is preferred
Prior experience in hospitality or food industry roles that showcase versatility across cooking styles, catering operations, and restaurant service
